Sync


 
  1. To import or export your cases into a file that can be viewed with OfficeClip, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Access®, click Sync in the Tracker menu.




  2. To easily add more cases, XML and CSV files can be imported into the project. You can add a CSV file with the file extension CSV or TXT. Simply click Browse to choose the file and click Import




  3. To import as an XML file, the Sid (Service Identifier) should match the current project and the file should conform to the correct schema. Any file with a blank Sid, will be inserted in Issue Tracker as a new case in the project. Select the applicable selection under Choices, click Browse to select the file and click Import.




  4. To export a file, choose projects belonging to the groups in which you are a member. Choose the type of file you wish to export (CSV, XML, ocXML) and click Export to save them to your hard drive.
