Issue Tracker allows you to create projects for important issues and cases to be tracked.  You may assign, track, and audit issues to a projects completion.  Issue Tracker even allows you to publish a Knowledge Base for enhanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functionality.

  • Upon submission, email confirmation is sent back to the submitter. These emails are customizable.
