Submitting a Completed Expense


 
  1. Once you have completed your time entry for the week, click Submit at the bottom of the screen.



  2. Your expense will automatically be routed to your manager for approval. When a manager receives your expense, he or she will have the option to accept or reject it. You will then receive notice in your Inbox whether your expense was approved or rejected.



  3. If an approver's name does not appear beneath the Submit button, a drop down menu will be visible. Select the proper manager from the drop down menu and then click Submit.
