Expenses Individual Admin


 
  1. To modify individual expense report properties, click Individual Expense Administration in the Admin section of Time & Expenses.



  2. Select the desired time period and the users for whom you wish to view an expense report, and then click Continue.



  3. Select the desired timesheet and click the button of the function you wish to perform:
    • Reroute to me allows the expense report to be routed to you from wherever it is currently routed in the workflow.
    • Preview allows you to view the expense report.
    • Delete permanently removes the expense report from the system.
    • Cancel takes you back to the main Admin screen.
