General, Custom, and Management Reports


 
  1. In addition, there are a variety of other tailored reports for management's diverse needs. Click the desired link to create a General, Custom, or Management report.



  2. Click General Reports for Project Profitability Reports, as well as miscellaneous details including Customer Lists, Customer Rates, Comment Displays, and Web Timesheet Tasks.


  3. Click Custom Reports to create Corporate Expense and Employee Profitability Reports, which are customized to specific needs.
  4. Click Management Reports for Submission Status, Timesheet Tracking, Billing and Profitability, Utilization, Budget, as well as other types reports. In this way, management can track and analyze its many financial facets.


  5. The Submission Status Report is a useful Web Timesheet Management Report. This is a useful tool for management to automatically track users with unsubmitted timesheets and with the click of a button, send them an email stating the need to submit a timesheet.


  6. Simply select the date range from the dropdown menu and press Submit, from here management can select users to send the warning email. Click Email to send an email to checked users.
