Setting a Notice in User Manager


 
  1. To create a notice for others to see, if you are out of the office for example, click Notice on the User Manager menu.



  2. Enter the notice and the dates you would like to have it displayed. This can be changed later if necessary.



  3. Other members will then be able to click on a new notice icon next to your name to see the notice. You can also click on this icon to edit your notice.



  4. The notice will appear like the image displayed.
