Creating a New Group in the User Manager


 
  1. To create a new group in OfficeClip, select the existing members of your group you would like to bring (if any) to the new group, and then click New Group on the menu



  2. Fill in the name for the new group and the timezone. Click CREATE when done.



  3. If you would like to add additional members, click ADD MORE MEMBERS, when prompted.



  4. To invite someone to your new group who is not yet a member, you can fill in their information in section 1 shown below and then click INVITE".



  5. If you would like to add existing members in OfficeClip, simply select them in section 2 shown below and click ADD when done.
