Create a New Topic

1. To create a new topic, select the forum in which you would like to have the topic.
   
   
   
   
2. Click "New Topic" on the Bulletin Board menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the topic and message. You can also attach a document/file to the topic and you can choose the option to be notified when replies are posted and to inform members of the create of this topic. Click "ADD" when finished.
