About Alerts
 

When you receive a message from an OfficeClip Group/Organization member, an Alert signal will blink on the menu bar at left until you open this screen by choosing Alerts. Your message(s) will appear here. All alerts older than 90 days will be removed.

To deactivate an Alert(s), click in the adjacent box(es) and choose Deactivate. The message will be moved to the Deactivated Alert list and may thereafter be viewed by choosing Show Deactivated Alerts. The Deactivated Alerts will be removed from the system after 90 days.
