Uploading a Document

To upload a document to the database, from your hard drive, click Upload
from the main Documents menu.

You may upload as many as five files at a time. Directly enter the desired file
names or select Browse. Browse will open a popup window to allow you to
choose the file from the location folders. Select the file and click Open.

Select a destination folder by clicking Browse. If relevant, choose the
option for Show Documents: This Group or Private Click Continue.

The selected destination will now be displayed in the Destination Box of Step
2.

Choose additional safety options. You may select the checkboxes for "Warn if
the document is already present in the folder", as well as "If document is not
locked by create a new version".

The storage details are also displayed at the bottom. Click Upload when
finished.
