Event Planner

 
Calendar Planner allows users to view desired member and resource availablity when planning an event. Users can view resource and invitee status details including Busy, Out of Office, Tentative, and Free for a specific day. In this way, events are effectively planned with the allocated available resources and members in place.
  1. To plan events based on resource and member availability, click Planner in the Calendar menu.



  2. Highlight attendee choice within the Select Member box. You may select individual members, "All Members" of a certain organization, or hold the Ctrl key for multiple selection or to remove a selection.

  3. In addition, change the applicable date if necessary below. Click Submit. The results will display an organized chart of the availabilty or each resource and member at each hour during the specified day.
