Cadassist, Number 1 Autodesk Training Centre (ATC) in Northern Europe, for second year running

Cadassist has topped the list of Autodesk ATCs in Northern Europe for the second year running.

The league table includes 187 ATCs in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the UK. Cadassist hit the top again for the total number of delegates trained and overall quality which includes all scores on the Autodesk training delegate evaluation form -- instructor performance, facilities, training materials, etc.

Autodesk to Launch 2010 product range

Autodesk Inc. have announced new versions of its software products.

For the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries, the new release is designed to help increase adoption of the building information modelling (BIM) process. Updated software in the BIM portfolio includes Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010, Autodesk Revit Structure 2010, Autodesk Revit MEP 2010. AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010and Autodesk Navisworks 2010 software solutions.

The new 2010 product lineup for manufacturers includes additions and improvements to the Autodesk Inventor family of products, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk Alias family of products, Autodesk Moldflow, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Showcase, Autodesk 3ds Max Design and Autodesk Vault software applications that make up the Autodesk solution for digital prototyping.

Autodesk digital prototyping software gives manufacturers the ability to digitally design, visualize and simulate how a product will work under real-world conditions before it is built. Digital prototyping reduces reliance on physical prototypes, which helps reduce cost and accelerate time to market in highly competitive industries.
